I started my chiropractic with Dr. Zamora in May of 2008 after a back injury in early 2007. My L5 was ruptured during a ski trip and was recommended by my primary care provider’s orthopedic surgeon for surgery. I elected to bypass the surgery, I missed two months of work and struggled to get on my feet".
After two cortisone injections and many months of physical therapy I returned to chiropractic to treat the injury and complete my recovery. Dr. Zamora has been concerned primarily with the overall health of my spine and nervous system which as a result of my injury had deteriorated. I am in a place of health now comparable to my condition prior to my injury and credit Dr. Zamora for a large part of that improvement.
I plan going forward to keep a healthy spine, weekly checks, adjustments and nutritional supplements as part of my daily routine.

I came to Dr Roxane Zamora in March 2008. Having not been able to get up out of bed one morning and walk, I knew right away that I needed an adjustment. I didn’t know how bad I was until X-Rays revealed decaying of my spine. I’ve had treatments since then and have improved my mobility and health in so many ways.
My past Medical doctors and Insurance providers didn’t accept treatments more than just once a month, had they, my condition would of not turned out so bad. On an average day on the job I spend over 9 hours sitting at my computer. After my first consultation and adjustment with Dr Zamora I noticed the very next day that I grew taller because I was standing more straight and upright. After the adjustment, it was easier and more natural for me to sit up while on a computer. The proof was when I had to adjust the monitor screen to accommodate my correct posture. Dr Zamora also showed me some techniques and gave me some tips to reduce neck and back tension while at work.
